This space is for where I tell you that I have two kids and two cats, and I love to curl up with a new, thick book from one of my favorite authors; where I tell you that I garden (Strawberries, let me praise thy holy suckers!) and take long walks where I encounter moose, coots and buzzing drones; where I live close to the town where my contemporary stories are based and how a good day for me is traveling and hiking in Alberta, my home province in Canada; where I explain how I came to spend twenty years writing my historical novel and because I’ve learned nothing, am starting another. While all of this is true, you can discover the best of me in my stories about home & heart, family & friends.
